Job summary

Simply Education Ltd is seeking an experienced HLTA for opportunities across Chesham and High Wycombe. The role focuses on supporting pupils with SEND in both one-to-one and small-group settings, in partnership with school staff to foster inclusive learning environments.

The successful candidate will have HLTA experience, SEND background, and a patient, enthusiastic approach, contributing to positive outcomes for learners in diverse settings.

Simply Education is currently recruiting for experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to work in schools we support across Chesham and High Wycombe.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have strong experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEND) and are passionate about making a positive difference in their education and development.

• Be confident working alongside teachers and other school staff
• Be committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
