Job Opportunity: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Prospero Teaching is seeking experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants to start as soon as possible. The role involves providing long-term, short-term, or daily supply cover across various Primary schools in Birmingham, including mainstream and SEN settings.

Qualifications and Experience

It is essential that candidates possess relevant qualifications and experience in managing full class groups, either in permanent or supply roles. Up-to-date Safeguarding training is required; a free course can be completed through Prospero Teaching if not done within the last 12 months. Strong behaviour management skills are also necessary.

Eligibility Requirements

• Right to Work in the UK
• Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the update service, or willingness to apply for a new one
• Two professional child-related references
