Goodwin Academy is seeking an experienced HLTA to join our team as a Numeracy Interventionist HLTA. The successful candidate will work alongside the SENCo and subject leaders to support intervention strategies for our SEN students.
As a Numeracy Interventionist HLTA, you will assist class teachers in adapting teaching and creating inclusive environments for all learners to access the curriculum. You will also support teaching and learning by developing and delivering subject-specific content and skills to individuals and small groups working significantly behind their peers to accelerate progress.
