Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – 1:1 Behaviour Specialist, SEND School Support Staff (Primary Aged Child)
Location: Between Horsham and Billingshurst
Salary: £140 - £160 per day
Requirements: Driver’s license required (rural location not accessible by public transport)
Job Type: Tuesday - Friday, term time only, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm; Mondays finish at 5:00 pm
Contract: Full-time, temporary-to-permanent - 12 working weeks to perm contract.
We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a focus on 1:1 support for a primary-aged boy with challenging behaviour to join a progressive SEND school between Billingshurst and Horsham. This role primarily involves working closely with this student, providing targeted support to aid his development and manage behaviour.
