Are you a qualified HLTA or teacher looking for flexible work across a variety of primary schools? Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting passionate and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistants to provide short-term and long-term cover across EYFS to Year 6 in primary schools throughout South Yorkshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HLTA or qualified teacher (QTS) who thrives in a flexible role and enjoys working across different school environments. Whether you're looking for part-time work or regular full-time cover, we want to hear from you.

The Role:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher

• Supporting pupils' learning and development across EYFS - Year 6

• Working across a variety of schools on a day-to-day or long-term basis

• Providing high-quality teaching and maintaining classroom behaviour

Requirements:

• A recognised HLTA qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Availability for at least 3 days per week

• Experience working in UK primary schools across a range of year groups

• Own transport is beneficial due to travel across schools in the region

• A positive, flexible approach to work and strong behaviour management skills
