Candidate Criteria for HLTA:

1. Have experience working within schools.
2. Follow planning and deliver lessons.
3. Be confident with the curriculum.
4. Hold a relevant HLTA qualification.
5. Provide quality support to teachers and pupils.
6. Be able to think on your feet.
7. Good timekeeping skills.
