Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic HTLA to join a vibrant primary school in Macclesfield on a long-term, full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to contribute to the academic and personal development of young learners in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

As an HTLA, you will play a vital role in supporting the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality lessons. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Working with small groups or individual students to provide targeted support.
  2. Helping to plan and deliver lessons.
  3. Assisting in the assessment and monitoring of student progress.
  4. Providing pastoral care and promoting positive behavior within the classroom.
