Aspire People are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a full-time role at a primary school in Lutterworth. Pay Rate: £100 - £110 per day (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time

What We're Looking For:

1. HLTA qualification or equivalent
2. Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school
3. Strong classroom management and the ability to provide focused support to individuals and small groups
4. Excellent communication skills, both with students and staff
5. Passion for making a difference in children's education and development

What You'll Be Doing:
