Aspire People are recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a full-time role at a primary school in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HLTA to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, helping to shape the educational journey of young learners.

Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: £100 - £110 per day (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Full-time

Key Requirements:

HLTA qualification or equivalent

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in a primary school setting

Strong classroom management skills and the ability to support individual and small groups of children

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

Passion for supporting students' learning and development

A proactive, flexible approach to your work

Role Overview:
