About the Role

We are looking for a committed and dynamic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our secondary school in Tower Hamlets. As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting students and teachers, leading small group sessions, and delivering pre-planned lessons.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons.
2. Lead small group interventions and provide one-to-one support to students.
3. Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of a teacher.
4. Assist in planning and adapting learning activities to meet the needs of all students.
5. Support students with additional learning needs, ensuring an inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements
