This long-term, ongoing role offers an exciting opportunity to support students' learning and development in a nurturing and collaborative environment.

You will play a key role in supporting class teachers, delivering small group and one-to-one interventions, and helping create a positive and inclusive classroom experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate team committed to inspiring the next generation.

Responsibilities:
  • Support class teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
  • Lead small group sessions and one-to-one interventions
  • Provide classroom cover when required
  • Assist in monitoring and assessing pupil progress
  • Contribute to the creation of educational resources and learning activities
  • Promote the school's values and ethos through positive interactions with pupils, staff, and families
Requirements:
  • HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) qualification or equivalent
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one through Randstad)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
  • Solid understanding of the primary curriculum
