The Role:

We are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic HLTA (or an experienced LSA who is willing to undertake HLTA training) to join our team at Gosbecks Primary School. The role involves supporting, inspiring, and engaging children to "be the best you can be."

You will need to:

• be educated to GCSE A-C (or equivalent) or above in English and Maths
• deliver lessons planned by and with the class teacher
• support teachers and work with groups of children
• be flexible, organized, and an enthusiastic team player
• have an excellent rapport with children
• show initiative and work independently
• be willing to support classes and groups across the school
• work within a school committed to trauma-perceptive practice
• be committed to raising standards and helping children reach their potential
