What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-motivated individual to join our effective team of HLTA's. The role involves working Monday to Friday, during term time plus non-pupil days, from 8:20 am to 4:00 pm.
Applicants should demonstrate experience in planning and delivering lessons across the KS2 curriculum, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have high effort and good behavior management strategies. Flexibility is essential, as you will work in different classes as needed.
A HLTA or teaching qualification is desirable; however, professional development training will be provided for the right candidate.
