Are you a passionate and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people with autism? Randstad Education is partnering with an outstanding independent specialist school near Cambridge to find an exceptional HLTA for a July or September 2025 start.

About the Role:

As a HLTA in this supportive and dynamic environment, you will work with students aged 5-19 who have high-functioning autism. You'll provide crucial support to teachers across the primary or secondary age range, assisting with classroom activities, preparing resources, and contributing to annual reviews and reports. This is a chance to truly impact students' learning and development.

What You'll Need:

  • HLTA Qualification (or a willingness to work towards obtaining one)
