Job Opportunity: HLTA at a Primary School in Ashford

Vision for Education is working closely with a large two-form entry Primary School in Ashford that currently has a vacancy for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). You will be working in the Year 6 classes, running interventions with some pupils. The role starts in September and continues until July 2025.

The school offers facilities such as a large onsite car park, a spacious playing field, a forest school, and a dedicated forest school leader. The supportive Senior Leadership Team (SLT) is committed to staff development and well-being.

Minimum Requirements
  • Recent experience working with primary school children
  • Good understanding of the primary school curriculum
  • Ability to run interventions effectively
