History Teacher – September Start
Location: Newton Abbot
Salary: MPS

We are seeking a dynamic History Teacher to join the team on a full-time, long-term basis, starting this September. You will deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), encouraging analytical thinking and a deep understanding of historical events and their relevance to today's world.

The ideal candidate will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in History (ECTs are welcome to apply)

Experience teaching History up to KS4 (KS5 experience is desirable but not essential)

The ability to deliver lessons across the wider Humanities curriculum when required

Strong behaviour management and a clear, consistent approach to classroom routines

A passion for inspiring and motivating students to achieve their potential
