Job Description

Mediplacements is seeking a skilled and experienced Histology Biomedical Scientist (Band 5/6) for an ongoing locum role in Manchester. The position is available immediately, with a pay rate of £27-£32 per hour.

The successful candidate must be able to cut blocks and have HCPC registration. Experience with histology techniques such as embedding, sectioning, staining, and reporting is required. Familiarity with laboratory equipment, troubleshooting, and maintenance is also necessary.
