Job Description:

This Biomedical Science position is suitable for a qualified Histology Associate Practitioner to apply on a locum basis with a pay of £14 - £15 P/H.

Beneficial criteria to help be successful in this BMS role include:

  1. Biomedical Science Background
  2. Cutting Sections on a Microtome (Upwards of 20+ single blocks per hour)
  3. Embedding using Paraffin Wax
  4. Experience in Immunohistochemistry
  5. Full time (Minimum 37.5 hours)
  6. Ongoing Contract
  7. Core Hours
  8. Band 4
  9. PAYE payment
  10. Processing samples in Diagnostics Lab
