Qualifications

• This Biomedical Science position is suitable for a qualified Associate Practitioner - Histology.
• Payable on a locum basis with pay £18.00 - £22.00 per hour.
• Relevant UK laboratory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform embedding and tissue processing tasks.
• Carry out microtome sectioning at approximately 20–25 blocks per hour.
• Apply special stains as required for histology work.
