We’re building a lifestyle-focused dance and music hub in City Hall — and we’re looking for a passionate, bilingual individual (English/中文) who’s 100% committed to growing something magical with us.

You’ll follow the founder’s vision closely and help develop the studio into a community-first space that brings together music, dance, and events.

Employment Type:

Full-Time (2–5 Years Commitment Preferred)

Trial Period:

• 6 months for interns

• 3 months for experienced professionals

Monthly Salary Range:

• Intern: SGD 1,200 – SGD 3,500

• Experienced: SGD 5,000 – SGD 6,800

Job Description:

We are hiring a dedicated Dance Instructor who can also assist with daily studio management and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teach or manage dance classes (e.g. K-pop, Girls Style, Heels)
2. Handle studio admin: scheduling, bookings, inquiries
3. Create and manage content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, 小红书/Xiaohongshu)
4. Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions
5. Support in-house events, community engagement, and collaborations
6. Provide excellent customer experience for students and walk-ins

Requirements:

Proficient in social media and content creation

Strong communication skills

Willing to take responsibility for both teaching and studio operations

Passionate about dance, events, or the creative lifestyle industry

Able to commit to a trial period before long-term hiring
