Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Plymouth for a Hire & Sales Coordinator. The Hire & Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales operations. Day-to-day tasks will include processing Hire & Sales enquiries, preparing quotes, managing rental agreements, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring timely delivery of lifting equipment to our clients.

Qualifications

• Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in sales and managing customer relationships
• Proficiency in using sales software and order processing systems
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience within a Hire & Sales Coordinator role or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the lifting equipment industry is a bonus, but not essential
