We are looking for a Hire Manager to join us at Hirebase Peckham!

We rely on our Hire Managers to manage and develop a safe, successful, and budget-achieving hire business within the Hirebase policies and procedures. Working in one of our depots, you’ll be part of a team committed to excellent customer service and efficiency.

Responsibilities of a Hire Manager include:

1. Achieving Hire Budget and improving Hire KPIs continuously
2. Promoting the Hire and Sales business while building customer relationships through internal and external selling
3. Ensuring all Hire-related health and safety issues are adhered to
4. Managing Hire transport operations, distribution, and safety within legal and company guidelines
5. Completing other branch duties as part of the management team
6. Preparing company reports, conducting audits, and managing stock takes as required
7. Maintaining Hire Fleet to company standards

We value individuality and believe it makes our team strong. We provide extensive training and tools for success as a Hire Manager, but previous industry experience is essential for this role.
