As a Hire Manager based in Luton you’ll be responsible for:

  • Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers, maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service
  • Arrange collections and deliveries of hire equipment between our customers, Hire Coordinators and Transport teams
  • Creating invoices to customers chasing accounts and managing a busy inbox
  • Liaising with couriers to get equipment delivered to our customers
  • Generating new business

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7.30am – 5.00pm

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • People management experience. You will be managing a team of 3 and will be managing the branch in the Branch Managers absence
  • To be sales focused with previous sales experience in order to win new business
  • To be computer literate and have strong communication skills. You will be communicating with customers and stakeholders across the business
  • To enjoy working in a fast paced environment and managing a high workload
