We are looking for a Hire Driver (Class 2) to join us at Hirebase Chesterfield!

We rely on our Hire Drivers to complete safe delivery, collection, and distribution of hire equipment to our customers. Working in one of our depots, you’ll be part of a team committed to offering excellent customer service and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities of a Hire Driver with Hirebase include:

1. Carrying out routine equipment and vehicle checks
2. Keeping all hire fleet maintenance records up to date
3. Maintaining a safe, clean, and tidy workshop environment according to company standards
4. Safeguarding company goods against theft
5. Completing distribution of hire equipment using company vehicles
6. Following and maintaining company transport policies
7. Serving customers efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company policies and procedures
8. Completing stock takes as required
9. Performing other branch duties as requested by management
