Job summary

Brandon Hire Station, part of VP plc, is seeking a Hire Controller at Filton, Bristol. You will be the first point of contact for customers over the counter and by phone, helping drive hire and sales revenue while ensuring smooth branch operations.

You will cover deliveries and collections as needed, check vehicle loading safety, maintain branch presentation, and perform daily compliance and H&S checks. A valid driving licence and local area knowledge are important.

Qualifications

• Commercial mindset and awareness of service delivery impact.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence.
• Good attention to detail and IT proficiency.

Responsibilities
