We are looking for a Hire Controller to join us at Hirebase Gateshead!

We rely on our Hire Controllers to support the Hire Manager in achieving branch objectives, including sales targets, completing hire transactions, stock takes, and administrative duties. Working in one of our depots, you’ll be part of a team committed to excellent customer service and efficiency.

Here’s what you can expect to do as a Hire Controller with Hirebase:

• Ensure that day-to-day operations are carried out following Hirebase policies and procedures
• Be a team player with effective communication skills to motivate and organize the team to help them achieve or exceed hire sales targets and KPIs
• Assist with deliveries and collections
• Support with testing and running equipment, including preparing and maintaining equipment, and keeping machinery clean and in working condition
