Job summary

VP plc is seeking a Hire Controller to be the first point of contact for customers over the counter and by phone. The role focuses on maximizing hire and sales revenue while ensuring safe, efficient operations across deliveries and collections.

You should possess proven customer service experience, strong communication and IT skills, and a valid driving licence. Local knowledge and familiarity with the hire industry are advantageous.
