Pay & Hours

Rate of £12.71 per hour for 30 hours per week, Monday to Sunday. We offer flexible working hours to accommodate your needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a welcoming environment
• Manage daily deliveries and stock
• Maintain shop displays and product knowledge
• Prepare food according to specifications and ensure quality standards
• Uphold hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Work efficiently within a team, handle cash, and operate tills
• Assist with opening and closing the shop
• Drive sales and minimize wastage
• Supervise the team and support the Shop Manager

Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience in retail or customer service is required. Food production experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
