A leading company in the Automotive industry is seeking a HiL Commissioning Engineer for a permanent role based in Warwickshire. This position involves developing test rigs and commissioning HiL solutions, requiring expertise in automotive simulation packages and dSPACE software. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in automotive engineering and practical experience with HiL systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with automotive simulation packages like IPG Carmaker, dSPACE ASM, and Simpack.
• Proficient in dSPACE HiL software (ControlDesk, ConfigurationDesk, ModelDesk, AutomationDesk).
• Hands-on experience in commissioning dSPACE SCALEXIO, MicroAutobox hardware.

Responsibilities

• Develop test rigs primarily using dSPACE or NI based in Warwickshire.
• Commission hardware-in-the-loop solutions for automotive testing.

Requirements for the HiL Commissioning Engineer include:

1. Experience with automotive simulation packages such as IPG Carmaker, dSPACE ASM, and Simpack.
2. Proficiency with dSPACE HiL software (ControlDesk, ConfigurationDesk, ModelDesk, AutomationDesk).
3. Hands-on experience in commissioning hardware-in-the-loop (HiL) solutions, including dSPACE SCALEXIO, MicroAutobox hardware, restbus simulation, and model integration.
4. Automotive industry experience.
