Qualifications

• Experience with automotive simulation packages such as IPG Carmaker, dSPACE ASM, and Simpack.
• Proficiency in using dSPACE HiL software packages: ControlDesk, ConfigurationDesk, ModelDesk, and AutomationDesk.
• Hands-on experience in commissioning hardware-in-the-loop solutions.

We are working closely with a UK-based OEM, who is actively recruiting for a HiL Commissioning Engineer to join our team. The role involves developing test rigs, primarily focusing on dSPACE or NI, based in Warwickshire, on a permanent basis.

Requirements for the HiL Commissioning Engineer role include:

1. Experience with automotive simulation packages such as IPG Carmaker, dSPACE ASM, and Simpack.
2. Proficiency in using dSPACE HiL software packages: ControlDesk, ConfigurationDesk, ModelDesk, and AutomationDesk.
3. Hands-on experience in commissioning hardware-in-the-loop (HiL) solutions, including working knowledge of dSPACE SCALEXIO and MicroAutobox hardware, restbus simulation, and integration of simulation models (IPG or ASM).
4. Automotive industry experience.
