Job Description:

The Highways Technology Technician will work with the Service Delivery Manager to develop and improve all Technology Performance across the designated assets contract. The role is primarily day shift, with occasional night shifts to cover fault rectification and maintenance on technology assets across the Highways Network. Responsibilities include proactive, reactive, and planned maintenance, liaising with the Lead Engineer to schedule inspections and maintenance, and ensuring response times and obligations are met. The technician will assist in developing maintenance programs and coordinate maintenance resources and third-party support. Must have a driving licence and relevant training such as HERS Sector 8 or an ONC/BTEC in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
