1. SSSTS (minimum), SMSTS preferred
2. TWS, CAT 4 trained, NH Passport, Safety Critical Medical, First Aid
3. Full UK driving licence
4. Specifically work on night shifts
5. Experience delivering Start of Shift briefings
6. Competent in checking & signing off RAMS
7. Ability to issue permits for breaking ground & hot works
8. Strong communication skills & initiative
9. VRS experience is a bonus
