Qualifications

• NHSS Passport is a must.
• CAT 4+ training is necessary.
• Experience in highways supervision is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities.
• Monitor progress and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure project delivery.
• Support planning during the ECI phase.

Overview

We're looking for a Highways Supervisor to support Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) works in Penrith. You'll oversee site teams, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with H&S standards
• Work closely with subcontractors and project teams to deliver works to programme
• Support planning and problem-solving during the ECI phase

Requirements

• SSSTS or SMSTS certification
• Valid Safety Critical Medical
• NHSS Passport
• CAT 4+ trained (minimum)
• Previous highways supervision experience, ideally with ECI/pre-construction works
