Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a major highways scheme in Dewsbury on a 6-month contract. The role involves setting out and surveying works across the site, ensuring works comply with drawings and specifications, and supporting delivery to programme.

You will work closely with the Site Manager and engineering team, carry out quality checks, maintain site records, and communicate clearly to colleagues to meet required standards and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Engineer on highways/civils projects.
• Strong setting-out experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Setting out and surveying works across the highways scheme.
• Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Carrying out quality checks and maintaining accurate site records.
• Working closely with the Site Manager and wider engineering team.
