The role involves managing on-site delivery of key highways schemes, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Site Agent or Site Manager role within highways or infrastructure.
• Proficient in site management tools and reporting systems.
• SMSTS / SSSTS would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Depot you are responsible for.
• Work safely and promote a safe environment.
• Supervise operational teams in line with productivity targets.
• Capture and report all costs.
• Use Key Performance Measures to drive improvements.
