Job summary

Multevo Ltd is seeking experienced Highway Maintenance Operatives to join its mobile road teams across Hampshire. Roles are on a self-employed basis with immediate start dates and varying shifts, including overtime and weekend work.

All necessary PPE and equipment are provided. The ideal candidate will have highway maintenance experience, asphalt hand lay skills, and hold a Full UK Driving Licence and relevant HGV/CSCS/NRSWA certifications.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required (deal-breaker).
• HGV Class 2 licence required (deal-breaker).
• CSCS / NRSWA certification required (deal-breaker).
• Experience in highways maintenance and asphalt hand lay.
• Ability to work as part of a mobile, road-based crew.

Responsibilities

• Support highways maintenance gangs on road and site.
• Handle varying shifts, overtime and weekend work.
• Ensure safety with provided PPE and equipment.
• Work across Hampshire locations.

What we are looking for:

• Self-employed basis

• Work Rota - varying shifts, Overtime, Weekend working available
• All equipment and PPE provided
• Experience in Highways Maintenance
• Experience in asphalt - hand lay (essential)
• Experience lifting ironworks (desirable)
• Experience replacing or renewing kerbs & flags (desirable)
