3D Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for Highway Maintenance Operatives to work in the Glasgow area. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent position after a 3-month probationary period.

Roles include highway maintenance, winter operations, and emergency call-out duties. Salary is £15.50 per hour PAYE with 28 days paid holiday and weekly pay. Night shifts are optional.

Formación

• HGV Licence required.
• Relevant highways, civils or traffic management experience.
• Previous Traffic Management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Highway maintenance, including routine and cyclical maintenance.
• Minor civil engineering works and litter picking.
• Winter maintenance operations.
• Emergency call-out duties.
• Driving and operating vehicles and plant.
• Completing vehicle checks and basic routine maintenance.
• Maintaining accurate defect books and drivers' hours.
• Recording time and resource utilisation.
• Maintaining high health and safety standards.
• Completing all necessary paperwork and records.
• Liaising with colleagues, subcontractors, emergency services, police, clients and members of the public.

Highway Maintenance Operative - Glasgow (G5 0HD)

3D Personnel are currently recruiting for Highway Maintenance Operatives to work in the Glasgow area.

This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidates, with the potential to secure a permanent position following a 3-month probationary period.

Working Hours

• Monday - Thursday: 07:30 - 16:00
• Friday: 07:30 - 15:30
• Optional night shifts available.

Pay & Benefits

• £15.50 per hour PAYE
• 28 days paid holiday
• Weekly pay

Standby Rota - 1 in 3

Additional standby payments apply:

• Monday - Friday: £17.08
• Saturday / Sunday: £34.66
• Total stated standby payment: £154.72 per week

• Highway maintenance, including routine and cyclical maintenance.
