Highways Maintenance Operative

We're looking for a Highway Maintenance Operative to join our Area 3 team based in Hampshire.

Location: Winchester, Hampshire

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

What will you be responsible for?

As a Highway Maintenance Operative, you'll be working within the Area 3 team, supporting them in ensuring the efficient operation and safety of the roadways.

Your day to day will include:

1. Carrying out highway maintenance duties, including winter maintenance when required.
2. Responding promptly to network incidents and contributing to a safe and healthy working environment.
3. Operating plant and equipment effectively and assisting in maintaining site and company equipment.

What are we looking for?

This role of Highways Maintenance Operative is great for you if:

1. You hold a valid LGV driving licence group "C" minimum and a CSCS card.
2. You are 12ab Lantra traffic management trained, with a basic Lantra VRS qualification.
3. You have experience in Health & Safety operations and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
