Role

Join our team as a Senior Supervisor on our Highways Term Maintenance Contract in West Sussex. Lead and coordinate both in‑house and subcontract teams to ensure projects meet operational, financial, and deadline goals. You'll ensure all work aligns with contract requirements and is carried out in full compliance with legal and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Knowledge and understanding of construction management
• Experience with CSS, CSS, SST, SNRS, WA (as specified in the original description)
• Supervisor experience
• NHSS 12D M7 First Aid certification
