Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking reliable Litter Pickers to support highways maintenance projects across the Cambridge depot and surrounding locations. You will collect company vehicles at the Cambridge depot and travel to site locations, performing litter removal and ensuring road safety standards are followed.

We offer immediate start with shifts covering days and nights; you must be flexible, physically fit, and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Own transport to travel to Cambridge depot.
• No more than 3 points on licence.
• Physically fit and comfortable outdoors.
• Able to work both day and night shifts when required.
• SSSTS qualification advantageous (enhanced rates).

Responsibilities

• Litter picking along highways, verges and roadside areas.
• Removing debris and waste from designated work zones.
• Support maintenance and cleanliness of road network.
• Work safely with traffic management operations.
• Follow site health and safety procedures at all times.
• Report hazards or issues found on site.
