Job summary

FM Conway are seeking a Skilled Operative to join our Strategic Networks team within our Structures Division. You will carry out a range of construction activities on South London contracts, working from our Sevenoaks head office.

The role emphasises safety, good housekeeping, and adherence to RAMS and company procedures. You will bring a Level 2 NVQ qualification, a CSCS card, a full UK driving licence, and ideally experience in highways construction.

Qualifications

• Level 2 NVQ qualification and competence in at least one construction trade.
• CSCS card and full UK driving licence.
• Experience in highways construction and health & safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all works with care and safety in line with RAMS and company procedures.
• Maintain good housekeeping, minimise waste, and ensure plant/equipment is safe and used correctly.
• Report incidents or concerns to the line manager or Site Management without delay.
• Assist with setting up sites and executing pavement, kerbing, and concreting tasks.
