Job summary

Cavendish Professionals is recruiting a Project Manager to lead highways and infrastructure projects for a well-established UK client in Stansted. You will plan, manage, and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Ideal candidates have proven project management experience in highways/civil infrastructure, NEC contracts familiarity, and hold SMSTS/CSCS.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager within highways, civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of highways construction, road schemes, junction improvements and NEC contracts.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining programme and budget control.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution and delivery of highways and infrastructure projects.
Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and key stakeholders.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to required quality standards.
Oversee contract administration, commercial performance and risk management.
Develop and maintain project programmes and report progress and milestones.
Coordinate with clients, local authorities, utility providers and design consultants.
Drive compliance with HSE legislation and company procedures.
