To be responsible for management of the Regional Highway Capital Delivery Teams, with specific responsibility for managing the capital delivery programme of maintenance upgrade and renewal schemes.
To be the primary liaison point with the Welsh Government Area Manager and act as the Agent’s technical lead on regional capital delivery issues.
To be responsible for the coordination and allocation of projects, monitoring of delivery outputs and financial forecasting across the delivery team.
