As a Practice Manager in our Highways and Active Travel team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of transportation. Our major clients include Highways England, Transport Scotland, and others. You'll take pride in delivering high-quality civil and structural designs, collaborating with national and international teams to create sustainable impacts.

We offer flexible working from AtkinsRéalis offices like Birmingham, Derby, or Nottingham, typically 2-3 days per week.

Your Purpose:

• Grow the Midlands team and engage with clients to promote our capabilities.
• Motivate staff through performance and development plans.
• Develop our capabilities through Design Transformation and Net Zeros programs.
• Manage resources to meet budget and productivity goals.
• Act as Hiring Manager and ensure workforce flexibility.
• Support work flow to the GTC in India.
• Coordinate with the Practice Director on resource needs.
• Support staff development and knowledge sharing.
