Job Description:

Join BEAR Scotland's operations teams across Scotland to deliver essential highway maintenance works. We seek experienced roadworkers/civil engineering operatives. Training will be provided if necessary.

Minimum requirements include an LGV Class 2 Licence (HGV2). Candidates should be willing to participate in winter and emergency response standby rota.

This is a full-time role.

We are Looking for:
  • Road and footway patching/surfacing operatives
  • Traffic Management Installers
  • Safety Barrier Installers
  • Operators of power tools, small plant, and machinery
  • Drivers of vehicles, including those with simple attachments such as tractors
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
  • Training for certification may be required
  • Physically fit for arduous conditions
  • Experience with small plant
  • Tickets for plant, traffic management, and Health and Safety are advantageous
  • Full UK driving license, preferably LGV Class C
  • Teamwork and flexibility
