Job description

EQUANS is seeking a Highway Inspector to join our team in Grimsby. This permanent, part-time role offers flexible hours, ideally from Monday to Wednesday, 8:30 am to 5 pm. We offer a competitive salary between £15,000 and £16,000, depending on skills and experience, along with a benefits package.

Responsibilities include:

• Inspecting, assessing, and prioritizing highway maintenance works to ensure safety and compliance with legislation.
• Maintaining accurate records for legal and operational purposes.
• Assisting with legal claims and enforcement related to highway safety.
• Collaborating with stakeholders including authorities, public, and contractors.
• Investigating highway issues and recommending improvements.
