An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to lead the assessment and management of complex trauma patients. In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, providing clinical leadership and ensuring high-quality care across the Major Trauma pathway. The ideal candidate will have a passion for physiotherapy in trauma, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a wider MDT.
You will take a lead role in the assessment, treatment, and management of highly complex patients, including those with trauma orthopaedic / plastics injuries, chest trauma, amputation, and spinal cord injury across the trauma pathway within our MTC.
You will provide leadership, management, and clinical care across the wider Neuro & Trauma team, collaborating with other senior physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
You will be committed to your own learning and development, as well as that of your team. Opportunities to develop leadership, management, and specialist clinical skills will be supported through evidence-based practice with guidance from fellow Band 7s and your Clinical Lead.
