Qualifications

  • Valid HCPC registration with registered membership of RCSLT.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience at the specialist level necessary.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist

Location: Red Moor School, Lanlivery PL30 5BT

Salary: Up to £53,200 pro rata (dependent on experience)

*Please note: Basic grade SALT offers start from £33,000+, Specialist from £39,500+, & Highly Specialist from £48,000+*

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with hours overlapping core school hours (Part-time hours may be considered)

Contract: Permanent (term-time only, with flexibility around full-time contracts based on personal circumstances)

The Role:

We seek a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our clinical team at Red Moor School. You will deliver tailored assessments and interventions to pupils with developmental trauma, neurodivergence, or SEMH needs, working within OFG standards and in collaboration with education staff. You will manage a caseload with support from your clinical supervisor and contribute to staff training and consultation. The role suits a resilient, creative, and enthusiastic individual.
