We have an exciting opportunity to enhance the current Salt provision within Manchester City Council’s Children’s Services supporting families and carers whose CYP are ‘On the Edge of Care’. This unique role identifies that our YP who are vulnerable because of their Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs also need support with their SLCN. Do you have an interest in the field of SEMH, and would you describe yourself as passionate in supporting the needs of this complex group of CYP? Do you have experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team? Are you keen to try different ways of working?
