Job Description:

We are seeking a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist for a permanent position based in Newport, Wales. The role involves leading and developing our Speech and Language Therapy (SaLT) services across educational and care settings, supervising a team, and directly working with children and young adults with diverse communication needs.

The successful candidate will have a recognised postgraduate qualification in Speech and Language Therapy, HCPC registration, and ideally 5+ years of post-qualification experience, including team supervision. The role offers a salary between £53,508 and £60,001.50 per annum, based on a 37.5-hour week.

Key responsibilities include managing therapy caseloads, providing clinical supervision, developing training programs, and contributing to service development. The role requires a full driving licence and willingness to travel to various sites.
